When I was growing up on Long Island, I had a tag line. “Hi. I’m Alyson. I’m friendly.” That’s who I am today.

Since then, I have worked for five presidential campaign cycles, done media relations at the United Nations, was a publicist at RCA Victor, spent time on both sides of Capitol Hill and done a lot for non-profits.
